The Student Development & Counseling Center offers first-time freshmen an excellent opportunity to soar ahead in their college experience! SOAR!, LSUS' orientation and registration program for freshmen provides new students the opportunity to get to know the campus, learn important college survival tips, meet other freshmen, meet upperclassmen, and so much more! Students attending SOAR also have the opportunity to register for classes!
